Hilary is a small-town gal who’s traveled the world but chose to plant her roots in Des Moines. A proud Iowan and loyal Hawkeyes fan, she’s happy to call this community home.

At Project Iowa, Hilary finds purpose in helping people discover their strengths, build confidence, and find meaningful, stable work. For her, it’s not just about jobs—it’s about hope, dignity, and opportunity. She’s inspired every day by the courage she sees in others and feels grateful to walk alongside them as they create brighter futures.

Outside of work, Hilary enjoys baking, reading, photography, hiking, gardening, and spending time with her family. You’ll often find her listening to music, filling her days with a good rhythm and plenty of heart.
